The following people were booked Thursday, Nov. 5 into the Highlands County Jail:

Kenneth Lamar Armstrong, 28, of 122 Anderson St., Lake Placid, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for resisting an officer without violence and driving while license is suspended, first offense.

Horace Eugene Enmund, 41, of 1925 Elf Drive, Sebring, was recommitted and sentenced to 179 days in jail or a $200 purge for driving while license is suspended, first offense.

Fred William Morales, 22, of Orlando, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to grand theft.

Wayne Edward Perry, 43, of Port Charlotte, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to child neglect.
