The following people were booked Wednesday, May 27 into the Highlands County Jail:

Trenton Michael Clarke, 21, of Lakeland, on a Polk County warrant charging violation of probation in reference to grand theft.

James Jestes, 19, of 3273 Country Hill Road, Sebring, on charges of grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and burglary of an occupied dwelling while unarmed.

Tracy Jean Myers, 37, of 33 N. Brentwood Circle, Avon Park, on a charge of grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000.

William James Vanscooter, 24, of 6365 Columbus Blvd., Sebring, on charges of production of methamphetamine, production of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
