The sale of Captain D's in Sebring was completed last week.

In a complex transaction, the sellers, brothers Tim and Gary Blackman, both sold and leased the 2,210 square-foot restaurant and the 0.65-acre lot at 3400 U.S. 27 S. The buyers were Sagittarius Brands, the parent company of Captain D's and Del Taco restaurants. The restaurant operators are a California investment corporation, Haupt Family Trust of East Palo Alto.

Mez Birdie, director of retail and investment services at NAI Realvest of Orlando, brokered the $915,000 sale and a 20-year lease - worth an undisclosed additional amount - on behalf of Sebring-based Brothers Two Developers.
