The following people were booked Friday, March 13 through Sunday, March 15 into the Highlands County Jail:

Julie Vigil Cabral, 34, of 829 Grand Ave., Sebring, on charges possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and smuggling contraband into a detention facility and a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donald R. Francis, 38, of Orlando, on Orange County warrants charging violation of probation in reference to burglary of an occupied dwelling or conveyance and grand theft.

Melissa Jan Manley, 31, of 510 Grapefruit St., Sebring, on charges of possession of cocaine and resisting an officer without violence.

Pedro Matos, 25, of 433 Meadowland Road, Sebring, on warrants charging failure to appear for arraignment on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alencia Marie Williams, 20, of 1301 Tulane Ave., Avon Park, on a charge of fleeing/eluding a law enforcement officer.

Jody Lynn Young, 47, of 566 Garfield St., Lake Placid, on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
