The following people were booked Tuesday, March 10 into the Highlands County Jail:

Rosalia Theresa Garcia, 20, of Okeechobee, on warrants charging burglary of a dwelling while unarmed and petty theft.

Liisa Danielle Koola, 21, of Fort.Pierce, on warrants charging aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, driving while license is suspended or revoked and leaving the scene of a crash involving injury.

Bryanna Andrell Roper, 20, of 217 E. Cornell St., Avon Park, on a Pinellas County warrant charging violation of probation in reference to grand theft.

The following people were booked Wednesday, March 11 into the Highlands County Jail:

Anthony Paul Burrows, 48, of Raleigh, N.C., on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Raymond Charles Frazier, 29, of Hollywood, on warrants charging fraudulent use of credit cards, criminal use of a personal ID and grand theft of $300 or more.

Jeremy Von Sabain Johnson, 38, of 1004 W. Circle St., Avon Park, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for resisting an officer by refusing to accept/sign a citation.

Rebecca Sanchez, 32, of 50 Rising Road, Lake Placid, on Okeechobee County warrants charging two counts of fraudulently using worthless checks.

Jorge Elias Sanclemente, 58, of Lake Placid, on a Miami-Dade Police Department warrant charging sexual battery of a minor.

John Dennis Wiggins, 19, of 306 N. Commerce Ave., Sebring, on charges of possession of marijuana, smuggling contraband into a detention facility and possession of drug paraphernalia and on two warrants charging violation of probation in reference to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jack Percy Young, 40, of 2164 S. State Road 17, Avon Park, on a warrant charging grand theft of $5,000 or more.
