World Conditions

We do have a brilliant, knowledgeable president and an excellent speaker. All these attributes can either be an asset or a liability depending on how they are used. He has and is talking the talk. I hope all of you are joining me in prayer that he will walk the walk.

You recall the old saying that the squeaky wheel gets the grease? I wonder if all that money he collected came with a price. These unions take a big part in electing their favorite candidate. When one is forced to join or lose his job, that's not freedom. When we have Supreme Court judges that do what they're told instead of what the constitution says, that's not the will of the people. That has always been a big part of our leadership until the last few years.

Borrowing all this money is not good nor is the will of the general public and loaning or giving to all these who are going broke is not the answer. If they couldn't make it before how can we think they can make it now? We cannot reward irresponsible behavior and expect God's blessings.

The problems we have are many and many are responsible, but we need to concentrate on fixing it, period. Closing our borders would be a huge help and any leader who disregards Biblical teaching, such as supporting abortion and giving out our tax money to pay lawyers to defend the opposition is on the wrong track, denying the privilege of prayer in our military, our schools or where ever one desires to pray, removing our Christian symbols from public arenas, taking our guns from law abiding citizens.

Too many have put too much emphasis on money. Greed is one of Satan's greatest weapons. Many times when we get all these things, we find we didn't want them as badly as we thought we did and certainly didn't need them. May God open our eyes and may we seek what He would have us do.
