Congress wrote the health bill and Mr. President believes it is a good one and was pushing hard to get it passed ASAP. However, there were a few that saw the flaws in that bill and asked for more time to absorb its contents. Amen! This was against the president's wishes, however it looks like Congress will retire for their vacation. Since the president and the writers of the bill think it is the greatest then we should be seeing all of them in line to be the first to sign up.
At their salary they would be paying top dollar and that will be a big help for the health care operation. Of course we would see their staff, aides and all federal employees in line right behind them. All persons receiving taxpayer's money should be included.
Remember the 65-year-old people which would include a large number of those working for the government, will be rated under the bill's guidelines and must be evaluated before continuing lifesaving care. With the leadership of America rushing to join the ranks of the new healthcare plan I don't believe you would find too many complainers. If the above does not happen, then forget it!
