Dr. Paul Ebanks will discuss "Common Foot Problems in Athletes and Others" at the next Your Health Connection lecture at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 9 at Florida Hospital Heartland on Sun 'n Lake Boulevard in Conference Rooms 1 and 2.
Dr. Ebanks will cover the biomechanics of running and walking, and common problems caused by not having the perfect feet. He'll also discuss what to look for in shoe gear, whether a person is training for a triathlon or just walking around the block.
Light refreshments will be provided.
