COUNTY
Highlands County garbage collection will be on regular schedule.
There will be normal mail delivery and the post offices will be open on Friday, July 3. There will be no mail delivery or post offices open on Saturday, July 4.
Banks will be open as normal on Friday, July 3 and closed on Saturday, July 4.
