Having owned property in Spring Lake since 1988 I have seen numerous changes to the golf course and housing development. What it has now is, how many holes to maintain? Bankrupt housing, course sold, not sold, Joe DeCerbo and others as buyers for the course at one time; flooding, pump station problems etc. Unless the good people of Spring Lake want additional assessments like Sun 'n Lake's development, now is the time to speak up.
