Thank You President Bush

For returning dignity and integrity back to the White House lost during the Clinton years.

For saying "No" to the terrorists on 9-11 who had continued to attack America during previous presidents. The Patriot Act resulting in eight years of being safe from terrorist attacks.

For defending the military from John Murtha and the "cut and run" Democrats.

For your efforts towards winning the war in Iraq and changing the face of the Middle East for ever.

For ending the reign of Saddam Hussein and his evil sons who gassed the Kurds and raped and tortured hundreds of thousands of their own people. Nearly 30 million people are no longer subject to Saddam Hussein's tyranny.

For the million Afghans no longer laboring under terrorist Taliban rule. Healthcare access is up; child mortality is down. Six million kids go to school, including nearly two million girls who would not otherwise be allowed to.

For your efforts against AIDS in Africa.

For your "faith based" initiatives allowing the people on the "ground" to spend the funding where it was most needed.

For "No Child Left Behind" programs that attempted to hold school systems and teachers responsible for the education of the nation's children.

For the vision of tax cuts which brought the country out of an economical downturn from the Clinton years.

For your "pro-life" and "anti-partial birth abortions" stance in an era where millions of unborn babies are killed for reasons of convenience or inconvenience.

To President Obama, I pray that you will be the greatest president America has ever had. The United States of America is relying on your greatness and your wisdom to lead our nation at home and abroad. May God bless you, Mr. President.
