Since I am neither a registered Republican nor a Democrat, I really do not pay much attention to which party our elected officials are affiliated. I do, however, pay attention to their actions that are reported in the media.
I certainly admire Mr. Bob Germaine's actions as our new county clerk. It appears his efforts will both increase proficiency and cut costs! Hopefully, his actions will influence others in high places to do the same.
