The following people were booked Tuesday, Feb. 24 into the Highlands County Jail:

Robert George Cappelletti, 55, 13 Lake Gardens Drive, Lake Placid, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine.

Justin Allen Cranfield, 25, of 407 River Drive, Sebring, on warrants charging unauthorized use of a credit card, scheme to defraud and grand theft of $300 or more.

Justin Lee Cullum, 23, of Lakeland, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to obtaining property with a worthless check.

Michael Craig Darge, 33, of Port Richey, on warrants charging failure to appear on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of oxycodone and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alex James Davis, 49, of 604 Grand View Terrace, Avon Park, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.

Darcel Latoya Dennis, 24, of Orlando, on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Gamalier Melendez, 26, of 1239 Citrus Terr Drive, Sebring, on charges of battery, damaging property/criminal mischief and burglary with assault or battery.

George Vassilakopoulos, 48, of 4717 Granada Blvd., Sebring, on a warrant charging obtaining property in return for a worthless check.
