Internet Seminar Planned In Lake Placid

A seminar designed to "get eyes" on a Web site and to use the Internet to leverage business "up a notch or ten" is planned next month in Lake Placid.

Featuring Dan Stojadinovic, the founder of the Prospectizer system and a real estate technology speaker / consultant, the seminar is scheduled March 10 at the Lake Placid Camp and Conference Center.

It will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $97, but Mack Payne, who is promoting the seminar, said that people who sign up can bring one guest each at no extra charge.

Payne said he has attended several of Stojadinovic's seminars. He added they are "full of great ideas" and well attended by people from all over the country.

According to a Web site that Payne created, Stojadinovic migrated from Serbia in 1992. He has helped a number of real estate investors throughout the United States harness the power of technology in their real estate investing business. He speaks to real estate investing groups on the topic of Internet Marketing and Web Sites.

An Internet marketing expert, he has been a consultant in Silicon Valley for giants such as Hewlett Packard (Cupertino) and Microsoft (Silicon Valley data center). He has worked on the Price Waterhouse Coopers massive real estate project that spanned the globe and involved some of the most sophisticated software and database technologies.

Stojadinovic, who lives in Spring Hill, has been investing in real estate since 1995, and has been involved in real estate groups for the past three years. He is the founder of TechnoVestor Inc., which provides technological solutions for real estate investors, and the co-founder of Tampa Bay Real Estate Investors Association.
