The following people were booked Monday, Feb. 9 into the Highlands County Jail:

Chase Lamar Bryan, 19, of 2510 Hidden Creek Circle, Sebring, on warrants charging violation of probation in reference to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.

Robert Lee Marre, 55, of 384 N.W. Carole Road, Lake Placid, on warrants charging aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, impersonating a law enforcement officer and unlawful use of a police badge.

Kimberly Ann Marshall, 22, of 4830 Sago Palm Drive, Sebring, on warrants charging violation of probation in reference to forgery and uttering a forged instrument.

Debra Waldron McQueen, 48, of 1995 County Line Road, Avon Park, on warrants charging failure to appear for a jury trial on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Juan Florez Nieto, 31, of 5 St. Lucie St., Lake Placid, on charges of smuggling contraband into a detention facility, possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Heidi Candess Sutton, 26, of 512 W. Hal McRae Blvd., Avon Park, on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

The following people were booked Tuesday, Feb. 10 into the Highlands County Jail:

Judson Allan Brown, 26, of Sebring, on warrants charging four counts of criminal use of personal identification information, three counts of grand theft of $300 or more and one count each of petty theft, exploitation of an elderly or disabled person for $100,000 and scheming to defraud or obtain property under $20,000.

Denesha Deshay Evans, 23, of North Largo, on a warrant charging failure to appear for a pretrial conference in reference to grand theft.

Alberto Perez, 21, of 740 Fairway Terrace, Avon Park, on Miami-Dade warrants charging violation of probation in reference to armed robbery with a firearm, resisting an officer without violence, discharging a firearm in public and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
