Beonca Godfrey scored a game-high 10 points to lead Avon Park to a 58-26 rout of Palmetto in the opening round of the Class 4A-District 10 tournament on Tuesday.
The Devils blew the game open with a 31-14 run during the second and third quarters to take a 43-19 lead into the fourth quarter.
Avon Park's Brearnna Tate and Brekayla English and Markida Hawthorne each scored eight points in the win.
The Devils advance to the semifinals, where they'll meet top-seeded Booker, at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
