The following people were booked Tuesday, Dec. 29 into the Highlands County Jail:

Julius Fuller, 46, of was recommitted and sentenced to 10 months in jail for battery.

Antonio Vega Hernandez, 29, of 4506 Granda Ave., Sebring, was recommitted and sentence to 30 days

Devan Michael Phillips, 23, of Frostproof, was sentenced to 20 days in jail on a warrant charging failure to appear to comply with a court order in reference to petty theft.

Ellis Lee Walton, 32, of 257 Washington Blvd., Lake Placid, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to driving while license is suspended or revoked, habitual traffic offender.

Demorris Lamar Washington, 22, of 2803 Pompino Drive, on a charge of driving while license is suspended, habitual offender.

Jamarcus Donte Wooden, 18, of 1421 S. Lake Blvd., Avon Park, on warrants charging grand theft of a firearm, burglary of a dwelling, structure or conveyance while armed and dealing in stolen property.
