The following people were booked Tuesday, Dec. 22 into the Highlands County Jail:
Alfred Awomewe, 48, of Sebring, on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill.
Deanna Lynn Hubbard, 59, of Avon Park, on warrants charging burglary with assault or battery and battery on a person 65 years of age or older.
Glynda Anne Jones, 45, of 1485 Carrington Ave., Sebring, on a warrant charging scheming to defraud under $20,000.
Gregory Wayne Sweeney, 46, of Avon Park, on warrants charging burglary of an occupied dwelling while unarmed and battery on a person 65 years of age or older.
