Health care lockbox

This administration and the legislators in the majority have prepared a "pay in advance" tax plant to bank deficits, guaranteed by the passage of universal health care.
Universal health care will begin in 2014, and taxes to fund it will begin in 2010.
Where will they store this pre-health care deficit tax collected revenue for four years?
We could put them in the Social Security lockbox created by the same legislators that opened that lockbox and spent the money. That box is empty now and would hold the billions collected via the taxpayers.
We could use the lockbox we put the Medicare and Medicaid monies in before our legislators allowed billions to be stolen via fraud and corruption in Florida and California alone.
Are you dumb enough to hand anyone in this government billions and say "take care of this for me for the next four years?"
