Luke Edward Binger, 19, of Sebring, on charges of kidnapping/false imprisonment and felony battery.
Patrick Joseph Flood, 40, of 2821 Whistle Stop, on charges of resisting an officer with violence and battery on an officer.
Jessica Lane Gavagni, 25, of 133 Lake Rachard Drive, Lake Placid, on charges of resisting an officer without violence and battery on an officer.
Alvin Andrew Moore, 37, of 411 WL Kirkland St., Avon Park, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to simple battery.
Joshua Stephan Winkler, 25, of 522 Violet Ave., Sebring, on charges of fleeing/eluding and driving with an expired license.
