The following people were booked Friday, Dec. 11 through Sunday, Dec. 13 into the Highlands County Jail:

Jeffrey Wayne Banks, 41, of Lauderhill, on warrants charging scheming to defraud under $20,000, three counts of grand theft of $300 or more, petty theft, criminal use of personal ID information and fraudulent use of a credit card more than three times.

Christina Ann Brown, 29, of 107 Atlas Court, Lake Placid, on a charge of petty theft.

Jessie Lee Flint, 55, of 24 Melrose Lane, Lake Placid, on charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terry Lynn Flint, 47, of 24 Melrose Lane, Lake Placid, on charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shannon Christine Green, 28, of Pembroke Pines, on a Polk County warrant charging violation of probation in reference to criminal mischief.

Gregory Johnson, 47, of 400 Durham Ave., Lake Placid, on a Hillsborough County warrant charging use of a counterfeit payment instrument.

David Marvin Walstrom, 41, of 1508 Hotiyee Ave., Sebring, on a St. Lucie County warrant charging criminal mischief.

Scott Jameson Weltz, 42, of 1404 Wilson Drive, Sebring, on warrants charging burglary of an unoccupied dwelling while unarmed and grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000.

Evan Wayne Wiggins, 20, of Avon Park, on charges of burglary with assault or battery and battery.

David Allen Williams, 27, of Babson Park, on warrants charging violation of probation in reference to fleeing/eluding and driving under the influence (DUI).

The following people were booked Monday, Dec. 14 into the Highlands County Jail:

Todd Alan Bowmaster, 48, of 2100 State Road 17 S., Avon Park, on a charge of making a false child abuse report.

Christopher Andrew Cassel, 18, of 126 Leon St., Sebring, on charges of resisting an officer without violence, resisting an officer with violence and battery on an officer.

Lindsey Virginia Elliott, 25, of 2818 State Road 17 N., Sebring, on a warrant charging possession of marijuana.

Donald Robert McClelland, 31, of Avon Park, on a charge of child neglect without great harm.

Cleo Tilde, 27, of Avon Park, on a charge of cruelty toward a child that causes physical or mental injury.

Jerry Lorenzo Wisdom, 22, of 729 Poinsettia Ave., Sebring, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to carrying a concealed firearm.
