The following people were booked Monday, Dec. 7 into the Highlands County Jail:

Kevin John Brinkman, 18, of Sebring, on warrants charging violation of probation in reference to domestic battery and domestic assault.

Marvin Chermine Owens, 37, of 100 State Drive, Sebring, on a charge of driving while license is suspended, habitual offender.

Leonardo Vega, 32, of Sebring, on a warrant charging cruelty toward a child that could result in physical or mental harm.

The following people were booked Tuesday, Dec. 8 into the Highlands County Jail:

Jeffrey Armstrong Bayne, 65, of Fort Myers, on warrants charging two counts of lewd molestation and sexual battery on a person less than 12 years of age.

Lamar Tyrone Chester, 22, of 1314 Strong Ave., Avon Park, on a warrant charging grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Pamela Brown Strickland, 40, of 2265 N. Unicorn Road, Avon Park, on warrants charging scheming to defraud under $20,000 and grand theft of $10,000 or more.

Jason Walter Williams, 26, of Sebring, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to felony battery.
