In reference to your editorial that Kennedy kept decency alive, you folks have a short memory. Political differences aside, Kennedy's lack of personal character and decency was so legendary that it was fodder for late night talk show hosts and stand up comedians, many of whom agreed with his politics.
Your attempt to canonize him is laughable. The mark Kennedy made on our nation is the same kind of mark an animal leaves in the wild, except the stench of his mark will linger for decades to come.
