A lawsuit was filed Aug. 14 by Raymond F. Maguire Trust that names Highlands County Tax Collector Charles Bryan as the primary defendant.
Members of the Sun 'n Lake Board of Supervisors were also listed. They are: George Puffenberger, Robert Severino, Diana Johnson and Frank Guglielmi, according to information from the Highlands County Clerk of Courts Web site.
Raymond F. Maguire is one of the attorneys with Orlando's Fixel, Maguire and Willis, who are eminent domain/condemnation attorneys, according to www.fla-eminentdomain.com
No other information about the lawsuit was available at press time.
