Slow down legislation

After seeing Obama on TV the other night, I just had to put in my 2 cents worth.
I noticed during the campaigning process that he chose his words very carefully.
The $2,500 check that every American was to receive was turned into a tax credit just before the election, which does the poorest no good.
Well, when he spoke about Obamacare, I noticed that he said Medicaid instead of Medicare, which most all seniors are on.
America, I believe that we need change in our healthcare system, but to do so in a few short months is acting stupidly.
I believe that he wants this and the cap-and-trade run through before the next election as I believe that he knows that the American people are now seeing what he is really for.
Now is not the time to put our country into further debt by more government and more taxes and more programs.
To all of our elected officials: We hired you to work for us and not for the big money and we will fire you.
