The following people were booked Tuesday, April 21 into the Highlands County Jail:
Cierra Dawn Brantley, 21, of Sebring, on warrants charging battery, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and failure to appear.
Robert Reed Garcia, 45, of 461 S. Commerce Ave., Sebring, on warrants charging three counts of grand theft of $300 or more and scheming to defraud property under $20,000.
Jatavious LeJon Lawrence, 24, of 232 Booker St., Lake Placid, on a warrant charging possession of cocaine.
Joshua James Pattillo, 27, of 918 W. Ruth St., Avon Park, was recommitted and sentenced to 10 days in jail for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), first offense.
Brian Keith Rhodes, 40, of 2010 Mulligan Road, Sebring, was recommitted and sentenced to 30 days in jail for driving while license is suspended, second offense.
Ramon Garcia Sanchez, 35, of 9240 Saddle Path, Sebring, was recommitted and sentenced to 180 days in jail for DUI, second or third offense.
Betty Ellen Tucker, 45, of 3703 Cemetery Road, Sebring, on charges of grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and dealing in stolen property.
Corinna Ashley Van Dermark, 18, of 1807 State Road 17 N, Sebring, on a charge of grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000.
Richard Roy Williams, 26, of Venus, on charges of battery and cruelty toward a child.
The following people were booked Wednesday, April 22 into the Highlands County Jail:
Michael Scott Angeletti, 46, of 3735 Kenilworth Blvd., Sebring, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to driving while license is suspended or revoked.
Lee Joseph Copeland, 51, of Sarasota, was sentenced to 22 months in jail for possession of cocaine.
Blake Collins Graham, 21, of 1243 Woodbury Ave., Sebring, on warrants charging resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer and violation of probation in reference to tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana and battery on a law enforcement officer.
Eujenio Lopez Hernandez, 25, of 100 Delaney Ave., Avon Park, on charges of giving false information to a law enforcement officer about a capital felony and giving false information to 911.
Luis Antenio Rangel, 34, of Mt. Dora, was recommitted and sentenced to 10 days in jail for petty theft.
Inez Ramirez Sanchez, 39, of Miami, on warrants charging DUI, DUI resulting in property damage and DUI causing serious bodily injury.
Michael David Shaffer, 25, of Sebring, on a warrant charging felony battery.
Darlene Kay Thomas, 59, of Sebring, was recommitted and sentenced to 7 days in jail for battery.
The following people were booked Thursday, April 23 into the Highlands County Jail:
Bobbie Jo Emmert, 27, of 213 E. Phoenix St., Lake Placid, on a warrant charging possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pauline Ann Heminger, 36, of 143 Alderman Ave., Lake Placid, on Charlotte County warrants charging violation of probation in reference to possession of drug paraphernalia, giving a false name to law enforcement officers and driving while license is suspended or revoked.
Ellis Lee Walton, 31, of Lake Wales, on a warrant charging failure to appear for a jury trial in reference to driving while license is suspended or revoked. Latravious Damon Young, 24, of Sebring, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to two counts of battery.
