We enjoyed a delightful evening at Meson Madrid's restaurant in Sebring. Humberto Pachecker is the chef-owner, and all foods are cooked fresh, and he also prepares specialty dinners. We also enjoyed music and Flamenco Dancers; if you don't try this restaurant you are truly missing out. You can call them at 314-0048.
