I happened to stop at Van's Bar-B-Q the other night to pick up a menu and take some ribs home. Needless to say the ribs were absolutely delicious! I haven't had ribs this good since I left Fort Worth, Texas, years ago.

I called Van's and told them how I felt and wished them good luck in their new business. I will definitely return for the smoked chicken and I may have to try the smoked salmon. Try Van's, you won't be disappointed. By the way they're located right across U.S. 27 from Home Depot.
