After having the pleasure of attending the performance of "Aida" (you no doubt have read the five-star review that Gerri Matchus wrote about it,) I had the unexpected privilege of speaking to "Aida's" husband.

Let's take just a moment and give thanks to these "unsung heroes," the husbands, wives, children and all of the dear people who step aside and support everyone who make these performances possible for our pleasure. Don't you agree that they deserve the five-star award also?

There is another hidden pleasure in attending these God-given performances. You never know who you may be sitting next to or across from you; I have found some very interesting people that I met just by a friendly "hello."
