I just read a letter to the editor by Jerry Fennell. As most of you know, Mr. Fennell will not let candidates speak for themselves. One thing I'm sure of, Ron Grimming will not answer questions that he can be critiqued on. I was in support of Mrs. Stewart until she found that Mr. Cool was not going to run.

As most of you know who talked to her during June and July, her real colors have come to light. Before she found out Cool was not running she blamed it all on the other commissioners that they were against her. On July 11, I endorsed her, asked her not to vote for Maxcy. Now with her change, I'm asking you to vote for Guy Maxcy, Jeri Canale, as well as Susan Benton. The sheriff has stepped on toes, mostly for the good of citizens. The drug traffic is most opposed to Benton.
