A huge thank you to Gene Miller and Rose Hunter for their time and effort in organizing the Lake Placid Moose Golf Benefit held Nov. 22 at Placid Lakes Country Club. It was an outstanding event. With the help of many volunteers and the generosity of countless merchants in Lake Placid, Sebring, and other communities, the outing raised over $3,000 that went to the Good Shepard Hospice. Once again, thanks to all the individuals and businesses that helped to put this fine event together.
