I wanted to point out a true "diamond in the rough" when it comes to culinary choices here in Sebring. Chef Oliver of Golf Hammock Country Club Restaurant has just introduced an extensive Italian menu on Wednesday evenings and an equally extensive and delicious German menu on Friday nights.
So far, I've sampled the Italian "Catch of the Day" and the German "Jaeger Schnitzel." Both were with all the trimmings which meant walking in and waddling out. I urge others to check this out as it won't be a secret much longer.
