In reference to the allegations of impropriety concerning Luke Brooker-fill dirt and Bob Germaine-election issues.

Are you aware that the jury (both grand jury and petite jury) pool is selected by the clerk of courts? That means that Brooker and Germaine should be disqualified from selecting either grand jury members or trial jury pool members. The fill dirt dumping and allegations of election violations are clearly situations that demand the statewide prosecutor and the statewide grand jury to investigate.

Leaving these matters with Jerry Hill's office taints them with obvious conflict and is the same as allowing the fox to guard the henhouse. Let the chips fall where they may.
