A violation of the American democratic form of government, those that the American people have elected or appointed for a two- or four-year term of office, have violated their oaths of office and their contract with the American people.
When the servant knows what's best for the master, it's time to discharge the servant. Our democratic form of government has been violated for many years by our form of electoral process, i.e. more than one term of office. By allowing this, it allows for a corrupt system, a system of government like we have at this time in history.
We have the right to impeach or discharge the servant in a democratic government for breaking their oaths of office, or if you will their contracts.
Since we are only a month away from extending or ending their contracts we should consider ending their contracts instead of impeachment.
Term limits ensures a "true" democratic form of government. The American people should never again give more than one term to anyone, regardless of their expertise. Both the Democratic and Republican Party and the Bush administration have violated the democratic form of government.
You the people are the democratic form of government through the right of free elections, to control your destiny, express your rights and discharge all incumbent servants to ensure that we remain a free government. I would remind you that the Congress we have today is hell bent on turning our nation over to global powers.
