In today's times, once you pay for something and have a problem with it, you either get a no response or an 800 number to call. When you make the call you usually get someone who doesn't speak English very well and can't help you even if they could.
Not so at the Sherwin Williams paint store on Lakeview Drive in Sebring. After buying some driveway paint and applying it according to directions, there was a problem with the final results. A trip to the store resulted in the manager, Eric, personally coming to the house to see the dilemma. He agreed that there was a defect and assured me that the company would take care of it.
Within a week, a contractor came, stripped the driveway and repainted it. This was all handled by Eric with a smile and service as it should be!
I can only close by saying that if you need paint and good service, then the place to go is Sherwin Williams; thank you Eric.
