SEBRING - The Highlands County Engineering Department has closed a portion of Highlands Avenue from Commerce Avenue to Kenilworth Boulevard for the fourth phase construction of the Sebring Parkway.
That portion of Highlands Avenue will reopen for traffic on Thursday, July 10.
Detour routes are posted.
