On behalf of Highlands Art League, I wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation for a gentleman who came to our aid and saved us further damage from a leaky roof.
Bill Sueppel, Central Florida Roofing & Aluminum, was quick to offer to repair our roof and generous enough to donate his services. During this rainy month, every day brought the possibility of further damage. The storm clouds are gathering as I write this, but I don't have to worry, Bill took care of our problem.
Bill Sueppel represents what is good about Highlands County. He is not the first to help us as we strive to improve the property the city of Sebring has entrusted to us, and I know he won't be the last. In fact, Avon Park Youth Academy is helping us with several projects and we are very grateful.
So a special thank you is extended to Central Florida Roofing & Aluminum and all the many other contractors, businesses and individuals that continue to support Highlands Art League and the arts in Highlands County.
