To the individual who called the Lake Placid Sweetbay store on Saturday morning, Jan. 19: According to the account of the conversation that was given to me, you said it was the first time you and your husband had ever been in our store and it would be the last time, because I was so inexcusably and excessively rude to you. I have no idea who you are or what you were referring to. I am totally clue-less.
Won't you please reconsider and come back into the store and talk to me so that I can apologize to you in person, and try to make things right? I am usually in the store between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on weekends.
