In response to "On The Look-Out," from Jan. 2, in which Mr. Ludacer condemns the Patriot Act. I applaud his time spent with the U.S. Navy, but as one veteran to another, let's keep the terrorist guessing.
As I see with the Patriot Act, one has nothing to be concerned about if one has nothing to hide.
We need to keep the enemy on the run. One way is to tap his phone conversations. Let's hope that the left is not successful in defeating this tool we now have in place.
I don't see our government breaking down doors of innocent citizens. Yes, mistakes do happen, however, would we rather see a terrorist have success, or perhaps a wrong door crashed? Me, I'll take the wrong door.
However, it is great that we have people like Randy Ludacer out there keeping an eye on daily activities. Let's hope they never stop.
