Excellent article Ms. Sheets. Indeed, however misunderstood, alligators are a fascinating part of Florida's natural bounty and a rich part of our heritage. I'm so glad that your first experiences have been so positive. You've done what so many others fail to do when they come here; learn about gators from someone who knows the critters.
