Milking FEMA

»  Comments | Post a Comment

I find it interesting that so many of the people that were helped by FEMA, (a.k.a. taxpayers) feel that they should not have to repay for the housing and other services that were provided them in an emergency situation. There has been a few million dollars in fraud and theft that will never be recovered, and some people are still living in trailers and hotels supplied by us and have just milked the system to the extreme.

It has been years now that they have lived rent free and it's time that our government stopped being a landlord to them. The newest thing is that some of the trailers are contaminated with formaldehyde and that a law firm is going to sue the government on behalf of the people that are living in the trailers. What a great idea! This way we the taxpayers will not only wind up paying a law firm for there services, but could pay out a few more million so the people that are still living off of us can get the money to move out.

By the way the lady that is complaining about the bill from FEMA for $1357.58, if you do the math, living in the new trailer with your daughter and her children for 18 months is a whopping $75.42 per month.

I am totally disgusted at the way the government is spending our tax money, and also disgusted with the way that some of the people have evolved into a way of thinking that they somehow deserve a free ride at the taxpayers' expense. This includes all the natural citizens as well as the illegals.

I am tired of supporting you. Get a job, and get your own housing. It's about time.
