The following people were booked Wednesday, Dec. 10 into the Highlands County Jail:

Joseph William Chiarello, 42, of Cocoa Beach, on warrants charging violation of probation in reference to felony driving under the influence, personal or property damage, and driving under the influence, third offense within 10 years.

Drew Eli Fellin, 26, of 538 Broad St., Sebring, on charges of destroying evidence, resisting an officer without violence, possession of drug paraphernalia and selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of a worship or business center.

Roy Lee Gross, 47, of Arcadia, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to felony battery and charges of failure to appear in reference to violation of partial payment fines referencing battery, domestic violence, trespassing, contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a minor and permitting an unauthorized minor to drive.

Christopher Earl Hoover, 28, of Okeechobee, on charges of possession of burglary tools, vehicular theft and petit larceny.

Tom Douglas Hoover, 19, of Okeechobee, on charges of possession of burglary tools, vehicular theft and petit larceny.

Gerald James Meisenheimer, 36, of Lake Placid, on charges of aggravated assault with a weapon, aggravated battery, property damage/criminal mischief and two counts of resisting an officer without violence.

Thomas Lee Moore, 39, of 510 Grapefruit Ave., Sebring, on charges of selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of a worship or business center, resisting an officer without violence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Allen Napier, 19, of Wauchula, on charges of failure to appear for a pretrial conference in reference to charges of battery of a law enforcement officer, two counts, and resisting an officer with violence.

Alex Andre Rowe, 21, of Miami Gardens, on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Errol Tyrone Stilley, 31, of Sebring, on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and a Polk County warrant-less service on a charge of violation of probation referencing resisting an officer with violence.

Jose Antonio Torres, 25, of 2418 Fernway St., Sebring, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant-less service on a charge of violation of probation referencing armed burglary.
