Price Of War

»  Comments | Post a Comment

Randy Ludacer wrote an excellent piece on the price of war. I would like to add a few comments.
A few months back a writer wrote that we should Google 9-11 and remember why we are at war and who is protecting us. I did just that.
Until I started this research, I was just like most Americans, thinking it was terrorists. I no longer believe the official story.
There are reams of information that prove a cover-up on the part of the Bush administration. I researched both sides, the conspiracy side and the debunking the side.
Common sense and facts won out and I am convinced that there is a cover-up. Before you label me a liberal Bush basher, I am a conservative; I supported Bush in both elections.
In his farewell speech, Dwight Eisenhower specifically warned the American public to beware of the military industrial complex. They are the ones that want war. They are the ones that make big profits from war. Just follow the money, it leads to them.
In both wars, we are using depleted uranium munitions. They not only kill, they contaminate the surrounding area with uranium dust that causes terrible health problems for our troops and for the innocent civilian population.
It takes four billion years for it to disappear from the environment. Don't believe me? Google depleted uranium munitions.
In the news today was a story about cluster bombs. Most nations are signing a treaty to destroy and stop using them.
Four countries won't sign: the United States, Russia, China and Israel, the very ones that manufacture most cluster bombs. Cluster bombs don't always explode on impact. Many remain unexploded and take a terrible toll on civilians. They are still killing civilians in Vietnam over 30 years later. Google cluster bombs.
If you still think that our government couldn't contrive a plan like 9-11, then Google Operation Northwood's. The truth about what is really going on is at your fingertips. Do some research and find the real truth.
