Recently there was a letter to the editor about the condition of the property abutting Tomoka Heights that is owned by the Florida Hospital and the condition of the property. Yes, we always hear about the negative things but rarely do we hear about the positive ones.
As a member of the Tomoka Heights community I am pleased to report that the Florida Hospital acted responsively and expeditiously and had the property mowed and the trees trimmed. This would indeed prove that the good neighbor policy exists and I know that the community appreciated the quick response. We certainly hope that the maintenance of the property will be ongoing and again we thank the hospital for its quick response.
