I want to thank Congressman Mahoney for all of his hard work this year on behalf of Highlands County residents.

From day one, Congressman Mahoney has been here when we have needed him and he has delivered for not only Highlands but all of his district.

I commend him for his recent legislation to address the losses suffered by tomato growers in Charlotte County to ensure that growers get reimbursed for their losses.

This isn't the first time Tim has been there for growers. Last year he got $35 million for the citrus industry throughout Florida.

His work on biomass fuel will create needed jobs here in Highlands County. We need congressmen with Tim Mahoney's global business experience and vision. Re-elect Tim Mahoney, our United States Representative for District 16.
