I have one question for Mr. Ludacer: In what branch of the U.S. military did you serve? If indeed you did serve, did you worry about appearing "overdecorated" when you were in public in your dress uniform.
I personally was very proud to wear all my ribbons, as was required by the Navy uniform regulations, whenever I wore my dress uniform. As for General Petraeus, if he earned them, then he is entitled to wear them.
