Just a few things I would like this year. I want to buy products "Made in America." I want insurance companies to insure my house for all damages. I want American soldiers to have the absolute best equipment. I want newspapers to have bigger print. I want criminals, especially pedophiles, to go to jail! I want to buy food without any hydrogenated oils in them. I want affordable health care. I want Congress to put back the money they took from Social Security and never touch it again! I want secure borders. I want the media to stop treating politicians like celebrities. I want politicians to act like employees, and put the needs of the people first. I want Sept. 11 to be a federal holiday (but not an excuse for a barbecue). I want politicians to stop trying to legislate morality. I want cops, firefighters and teachers to be the highest-paid Americans, and I want politicians to be among the lowest paid (maybe work for minimum wage!) I realize I want a lot this year, but I know it can be done, if only the people of this country get together and make it happen.
