Sebring-About 20 children and adults were in attendance at the start of the Pumpkin Decorating Festival at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Saturday morning. Children came to decorate pumpkins, enjoy hot dogs and see a live bald eagle. Russ Critendon, manager of Lakeview Memorial Gardens, said the event is the first of many events like it to come. "This is about life. We want the community to know that we're going to offer programs that are meaningful to them," Critendon said.
