Regarding the palm trees that were placed on Interlake Boulevard in Lake Placid. Why did they place them where they did? You couldn't hardly see when you are pulling out of an intersection onto Interlake and now you can't see at all. It's a bad place to put them. They would have been better placed by the overpass that welcomes them to Lake Placid or on the south end of town where they cleaned up. Is the town going to be responsible when a wreck occurs because you can't see?

I have never liked the way they did the parking downtown Lake Placid. I also think $25,000 is a lot of money to be donated for trees. It could have gone to a better use!
