To the Avon Park Police Department, we wish to take the time to thank you for all that you do, especially on the morning of Thanksgiving. Our business office was broken into and the officers caught the burglar within minutes after he had broken in and fled. The officers already had their eye on the suspicious character before they received the call from our security department. It is nice to know that the officers of the Avon Park Police Department are protecting our city with such efficiency.
